Is it bad to take the front panel off my case for better temps?

I have an H510 Elite and I’ve read it helps. 🤷🏻‍♂️

If you don't mind how it looks then take it off.  The front panel is form before function.

Ah yeah I don’t really care about aesthetics only performance. I was just wondering if I’ll have any sort of issues with the components like more dust or something if I take it off?

 

It’s just if you take a look below you’ll see there’s no room for the hot air to get out (except a tiny bit of space in back) of the case because it’s basically sealed tight by the tempered glass panels.

Well I do have my 280mm AIO in the front though as an intake so I’m hoping it will help it draw in cooler air rather than just having hot air circulating around.

Yeah, let that AIO breathe.  The panel being off will allow for quicker dust build-up, but the panel being off will allow you to keep an eye on it.

Absolutely.  Just take the fans off the radiator first.

That's impossible for me to say.  You just have to keep an eye on it.

Not that guy, but I have my panel off and I clean (or at least inspect) at the start of every month.

Just a quick wipe of the fans and maybe the GPU without removing anything. That way it doesn't build up so much. But you could probably go 2 or 3 months without cleaning it with no problems.

I opened mine up and noticed a very light layer of dust so I just blew it off since I don’t have any compressed air at the moment 😆.

You should get an electric air duster. You can save some money that way.

Do they just use the air in the room and then compress it on its own so I don’t have to buy canister after canister of pre-compressed air in a can?
