is the sharkoon dg7000-g a good case? Is the mb511 (without rgb) a good case? which one is better for a budget build or could you recommend any low budget cases?

The DG7000-g is a retooled cases which is why it's so cheap even with fans. 

 

If you plan on using your own fans, I'd go MB511 every time, better potential airflow if you fill all the fan slots.
