I am Indecisive so help me people! I can't decide to spend a little for my mid gaming rig or like 700-800 bucks. I am really tight on money right now but I only play World of tanks and might play some other stuff like Black Flag etc.

So choose a build. I have the ones I might choose below.

Kaveri Build - http://pcpartpicker.com/user/jaketredy/saved/3OQn

CPU AMD A10-7850K 3.7GHz Quad-Core $129.99 CPU Cooler Phanteks PH-TC12DX 68.5 CFM $49.99 Motherboard MSI A88XM-E45 Micro ATX FM2+ $72.99 Memory Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 $82.99 Storage Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $59.98 Case BitFenix Shinobi Window ATX Mid Tower $69.99 Power Supply EVGA 500W ATX12V / EPS12V

$39.99

Total: $505.92

Mac/PC Build - http://pcpartpicker.com/user/jaketredy/saved/3OAi

CPU Intel Core i3-4330 3.5GHz Dual-Core $132.97 Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H87N-WIFI(REV2.0) Mini ITX LGA1150 $122.98 Memory Kingston Black Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $69.99 Storage Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $59.00 Video Card EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB $149.99 Case Cooler Master Elite 110 Mini ITX Tower $45.99 Power Supply SeaSonic 360W ATX12V

$54.99

Total: $635.91

ITX Gaming Build - http://pcpartpicker.com/user/jaketredy/saved/3OxY

CPU Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $179.99 CPU Cooler Phanteks PH-TC12DX 68.5 CFM $49.99 Motherboard MSI Z87I Mini ITX LGA1150 $129.98 Memory Kingston Black Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $69.99 Storage Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $59.98 Video Card EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB $210.99 Case BitFenix Prodigy (White) Mini ITX Tower $50.00 Power Supply EVGA 500W ATX12V / EPS12V $39.99

Total: $790.91

Now Which build is worth it for its price. Also remember spending the most money is not worth it for me unless its a really good value for the price.

~ Thanks

I vote for the third.

You'll have better core components, so in the long run it will last longer. You can easily get away not upgrading the CPU, mobo or RAM for 3+ years (unless something drastic changes in game design and more cores become a huge factor).

You can easily swap out graphics cards when more money becomes available, or add more RAM.

Do you install a lot of games at once or have a ton of media?

If not, or you can live with only having a few games installed at once I'd consider getting an SSD first and when you manage to save another $60 get the HDD. That way you don't have to mess around with relocating the OS.

Hands down the best performer would be the 3rd one and most expensive.

Now, why are we choosing from this list? I think make a build straight up from sractch would give you more for your money.

This , please fill in this ''form'' :

1. Budget & Location

You may have listed a heap of parts that all add up to your preferred budget but it is easier if you just list the total amount you'd like to spend and the currency as well as if you'd consider going above that budget for more performance. We need the location as well because $US are different to $AUD and $CAD ect.

2. Aim

What is the system going to be used for? Web browsing, 3D work? Different systems need different levels of performance - a computer based for web browsing and office use won't handle heavy graphic design and video editing and a proper video editing system isn't good for gaming. If your aim is for gaming, please list what sort of gaming. In the same way that different usage types need different systems, you'll need a lot more power to run Far Cry 3 or Crysis 2 than you would Minecraft.

3. Monitors

How many monitors do you plan on running? Do you plan on moving to more monitors in the future? What resolution are they at too?

4. Peripherals

Do you also need to purchase peripherals such as keyboards and mice as well as monitors ect. Also please tell us if you'll need an OS such as Windows.

5. Why are you upgrading?

We ask this because you may see upgrading as the only path to solve an issue but things such as driver updates, reconfiguration or cleaning can boost performance without spending a cent.

If you see yourself using OSX then #2 if you really just want to play not too demading games that you could save 150 and go with #1

But if you think about it performance wise the Kaveri chip is nowhere near as good as paying 150 more for a hell of a lot more performance.

OK- well in GENERAL, the more money you put into a system the better performance you get... WITH EXCEPTION.  There is a pinnacle point where you throw so much horse-power at a system that any gains you might see in performance would be un-noticeable.  I would say that starts happening around a $2.5K to $3K mark, which you aren't even close to.

I'd go for your $791.00 build if you can afford it.

SO you saying switch to an ATX mobo and case? HOw much would you save? like 20 bucks?

I know you live in North Jersey. There is a Micro Center in Paterson. I have been there a few times. You can get a Z87-G41 PC Mate for $55 ($35 after rebate) and a good case for around $30 (the motherboard is around the same quality as the Mini ITX board, but larger and cheaper). The CM Hyper 212 EVO is a better price/performance cooler. Everything else looks fine though.

Video Card:  EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card  ($210.99)
Case:  NZXT Source 210 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($29.99 @ Microcenter)
Power Supply:  EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Other: MSI Z87 G41 PC Mate ($60.00)
Total: $691.18
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Around $100 in savings.

You can also go with the intel build that @TheSLSAMG suggested but i thing AMD will give you more bang for the buck at this price-point.
