HDMI and DP ports not working on new PC

I just built a New gaming Rig and was all ready to install windows. However when I plug in my HDMI cable to my to Monitor. My monitor says No signal and the same for my Display Port. I have tried unplugging everything and whatting and replugging everything in. I know its not a problem with the HDMI cable or monitor because it works with my Laptop and the Monitor just fine. This might be a easy fix I have just overlooked but I'm really not sure becuase I have tried a lot.

The specs of the PC are 

-GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070

-AMD RYZEN 7 3700X 8-Core 3.6 GHz

-ASUS AMD AM4 ROG Strix X570-F

-CORSAIR CX750M V2

-Corsair Hydro Series H100x

-GeIL SUPER LUCE 16GB (2x8GB)

-Seagate BarraCuda 2TB

-darkFlash J11

-Samsung 860 EVO 1TB

 

I have a feeling it's a problem with the GPU for some reason but not 100% sure.

I'm plugging into the ports of my GPU. Should I try plugging it into the mobo?

There’s no point, you’re CPU doesn’t have integrated graphics so you definitely  won’t get a display if you plug into the motherboard. Have you tried reseating the graphics card and making sure all power connectors are all the way plugged in?

No I haven't taken out the gpu and put it back in. I'll try that right now.

I just tried taking the GPU out and Putting it back in and the monitor is still saying No signal for my DP and HDMI. Any other Ideas?

Is it plugged into the PSU correctly?
