PSU - 2080 Super Enough?

Hey there, just so I don't mess anything up here, but is a 1000 W good for a 2080 Super and an I7 8700K, thanks.

A good 750W can run a single 2080 Super + 8700K, so a good 1000W would work too.

1000W is very overkill, that system will not pull over 450W under max load. For reference my R7 3800x, GTX 1080Ti, +tons of fans, +6 drives, only pulls 475W MAX under load. My delid OC'd i7-8700k with a GTX 1080 pulls like 400W max. 

 

A good quality 650-750W PSU is plenty.

A good quality 650-750W PSU is plenty. 

A 9700K uses about 170W and a 2080 Super uses about 270W. Add about 100W for the rest of the system and yea, a good 650W/750W will be able to run the system.

By saying a 750W can run the system, but 1000W can too is my not so obvious way of saying a 1000W PSU is absolutely silly.
