So... I've seen this on my loop gpu for quite a while now... 8 months ish (video attachment link). Question is... is it leaking or not, what could it be, because it's scaring me a bit. The only thing though is that it's not moving or expanding in any way since it first appeared, thanks peeps. Sup, So quick question all, um the ml120 fan pro led blue has a power draw of about 0.3 amps which I do not know if it that is the peak value but is it safe to put two of those on one header using a noctua splitter on the mobo as I know each header allows 1 amp I believe, thanks.

No all the water is fine through the cpu, I dont know how to use asus gpu tweak II but one of the things that seems off is that the gpu core voltage does not increase with the clock speed of the gpu...

Hey guys, need some help here, this graphics card in the title in my custom water loop build along with a 1000 watt power supply, i7 9700k, and 64gb of ram is not working properly. Whenever a game is launched the vram usage is very low, the clock speed remains at 300, and the card exceeds normal load temp at 90 and then... black screen forcing me to restart manually. I know it has nothing to do with hardware wise because it idles 30-35 celsius, please help anyone. Thanks.

Thank you for your advice, yeah EKWB is my choice just because of quality and everything else. At first I thought a 1000 W wouldn't be enough to sustain a 2080 super and an I7 8700K.
