Hello all. I bought the HP Pavailion Gaming Laptop in 2018, and it sucks. I need a new PC that can 1. run ARK: Survival Evolved, Minecraft with LOTS of mods, feed and grow: fish 2. That allows me to stream without any lag or slowing my PC down and 3. Run ROBLOX and ROBLOX Studio cleanly. I have made a PC build @ CyberPowerPCs: https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/cart/showcart.aspx?ref=upd

Any suggestion for maybe a more powerful yet cheaper idea?

Thanks!

The link you shared only shows the cart you filled on your end, as it is a personalized webpage.

Could you use https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ to create the PC layout or do you absolutely need to use Cyberpower?

If you need to use Cyberpower, please share the list via a screenshot.

Build it yourself, %101 percent. It's easy, theres way to many tutorials, and you have a lot more freedom, and get components for way better prices. as for the cyberpower pc link, it doesn't show anything. Your pc is in your own private cart and you can't just link it. Screenshot it if you'd prefer, but that's all you can do.

I reccomened a generic decent system that ranges from $900-$1100 usd to build yourself:

Chip: R5 3600 (Use included CPU cooler) ~$175

Mobo: B450 Tomahawk MAX ~$105

RAM :G. Skill ripjaws 3600mhz cl 16 Ram, 16gb (2x8 gb) ~$85

Storage: Intel 660p/crucial p1 at 1tb, or if you go 512 GB, go with a Crucial p2 ~$110 (for the 1tb drives)

Storage: 2TB segate barracuda ~$55

Video Card: EVGA RTX 2060 KO/ or a 2060S with an aftermarket cooling solution and possibly a higher clock ~$300-400

Case: Phanteks p300a with 3 (black) case fans if desired (for better airflow) $90-100 for Case+Fans, $60 for case

PSU: 600 Watt EVGA BQ semi-modular ~$85

Thermal compound: Included with cooler

OS: Nope, you can use free windows, or snag a cheap OEM license (no more than $25)

TOTAL:
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

$1040 For all of the above besides the 2060S (just using the 2060)

That link only works in your browser, and it is a lot better to build your own computer. If you reallly dont want to build one, then buy from NZXT or Maingear, Cyberpower is an unrelaiable brand. If you want to build your own PC, then I would reccomend this

It is true that you could get a more powerful PC for this price, but this will give you a bit of RGB. You can always use the stock cooler, or get the non rgb version of this case.

Laptop: HP Spectre x360 13t, i7 8565u with 16 gigs, 512 gig  nvme ssd, UHD 620 4k

Other laptop: Acer Chromebook cb3 431 with 4 gigs, celeron n3060 with hd 400 and 16 gigs eMMC soon to be a minecraft server?

Just don't get the case. P300a, with a stock cooler (the hyper 212 is just marginally better, so why are people fawning over it? And 3200mhz ram? RGB?!? NON NEO EVEN THOUGH IT'S IN STOCK?!?!??!?!?! Sinner

lol jk but still has some flaws.

Build your own pleasepleasepleaseplease, but the NZXT prebuilts are better in general and are made by people who actually know how to build a pc and cable manage 😛. The BLD prebuilds are pretty premium and charge for that, but are very nice overall

Building your own is superior due to customization and gettting the best value. If you really dont want to build, then get something like NZXT, Maingear, or Corsair. Just don't get Cyberpower.

Maingear and corsair are better but still really meh. NZXT has terrible dollar to dollar performance because of it's premium deisgn, but it's still a okay deal and a very nice pc
