Nvidia 334.89 Drivers Out. Great Performance boost.

Assassin

I installed the latest driver 334.89 on my EVGA 780Ti 2 days ago.  Played BF4 for about an hour or 2 and the GPU crashed.  Never happened to me before with any other driver, though I have only ever used the previous driver 332.21 on the 780Ti.  I rolled back to this driver for now...

Goes above 60 FPS gives tearing. Enables V fucking Sync goes to 30FPS. Setting too high low choppy FPS. Setting on low gives tearing. Mindfuck.

1. Go to Nvidia control panel

2. Click '3D settings'

3. Choose the game in question, or add it if not on the list

4. Enable adaptive V-sync

5. Enjoy a poor-mans' solution to a problem only G-sync will ever truly fix.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

Another Nvidia driver update I cant use. Wish they'd hurry up and fix EDID restrictions in Surround. Not sure why nivida wants you to have exact identical monitors that were also produced at the same time. Maybe there in bed with the monitor manufactures i dunno. Stuck with old drivers till they lift this self caused useless restriction.

you can set an FPS limit of 60.  EVGA Precision and Asus GPU Tweak will let you do that and you don't have to deal with vsync.  other's gpu tuning software might be able to also, but I know those 2 do for sure.

I'm just sad that AC3 for a performance boost and not AC4, AC3 was fine the way it was.

No it wasn't.
