Does this socket have bent pins?

I see some dirt in the bottom half, and maybe 2-3 bent pins in the bottom right area...

From this one photo I can't tell for certain. Are you not able to get it to work? What motherboard is this, and what CPU?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

As highlighted in the photos it looks like there is some debris and a few bent pins. If the board is not functional it is possible to straighten them out but you have to be very careful to not break or over-bend any of them.
