new pc wont go into bios...

so ive just built my first computer and it turns on and everything runs, but when it boots i just get a black screen and a blinking dash. pressing crtl + alt + del does nothing neither does any of the F keys or any key on my keyboard infact.
if i try to boot it without the bootable usb i just get the message "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key" but when i put the usb back in im back at the blinking dash.
unpluging the ssd didnt do anything and i cant flash the bios because i cant get into it. the usb has windows 10  64 bit and formatted in exFAT, nothing online has helped or worked.

Have you tried constantly tapping the delete key as soon as you turn on the PC?

Have you got the keyboard plugged in via USB 2 on the rear io? or do you have an old ps2 keyboard lying around to try?

my keyboard is plugged into the 3.0 and no i only have the ducky one 2 mini
