Two things needing HDMI.. one HDMI port. What do I do?

exitforever

I have this monitor: https://www.amazon.com/Sceptre-Edge-Less-FreeSync-DisplayPort-C248B-144RN/dp/B07MTMCNLX

I have this GPU: https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Support-Graphics-08G-P4-6173-KR/dp/B01GX5YWAO

I want to run my monitor at 144hz, and I also want to play on my Oculus. Can I use a display port adapter for one of the two? Right now I have a HDMI 2.0 going from the monitor to the GPU, obviously the card only has one HDMI spot though, so I need a solution.

Use displayport for the monitor.

That will allow your to get 144Hz (only one of the HDMI ports on the screen can do that) and will also allow for Freesync on Nvidia cards.
