Cases around $80 with 3 or more included fans

abhay6547

Hey so I'm looking to buy a new ATX case for around $80 (I really can't go over). I want some good air cooling and airflow so I need a case with 3 or more fans included. So far I've been looking at the Fractal Design Core 3000 ( if you guys can suggest better cases with my requirements for the price then I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Btw, I live in Canada :)

The included fans won't be good anyways..

Yes, I know but at least it'll provide somewhat better airflow

The node 304 has 3 nice quality fractal design fans in it (two regular 140mm fans in the front and a huge 180 or 200mm in the back), and despite the fact that it's an itx case, it has amazing airflow (just look at reviews for it or ask people) It's also much quieter and looks better than the Core 3000 (which is a more budget oriented case. Despite that, you can often find the node 304 for below 80$ (found it for $69 on some days)

I'd prefer a mid-tower ATX case anyways

If I read correctly, it only comes with two "XtraFlo fans"

True. What are you cooling?

Nothing too crazy, just an i7 4770k (which will have a Hyper 212 EVO on it) and an R9 270X. I just figured I might as well get more fans and better air flow for the price I'm paying for a case

Any decent mid tower should be fine for that.

Right but I'm trying to futureproof the system as much as I can, if I happen to add new graphics cards in or anything like that, a case with better airflow would be beneficial

Both cases are fine for that. Just add more fans.

Fans are what $12 each? Maybe $20? Just buy more if you need more. "Future proofing" by getting more stock, usually sub par fans is...odd.
