Download it! It's been verified by Norton!

And no one would ever put a fake Norton logo in an email to trick people into thinking that a download is legitimate..

but in all seriousness, DON'T TOUCH IT WITH A TEN-FOOT POLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i7 not perfectly stable at 4.4.. #firstworldproblems

Skip the form and just send them your credit/debit card numbers direct.

Its much faster to get a reply that way.

Out of interest (and totally ignoring the fact that this is a scam), how can a .html file be bad.

I don't think it's actually a .html. I think it's just the file name.

You should just fill it out with complete BS info to waste their time.

PS: what I usually do to these scammers is I send them insult fille emails. Makes me have some fun at least. I start off as if I am interested by saying things such as (ok, I'll be sure to provide this info, I'm really interested in shipping my phone out through wire transfer to Nebraska, but first of all, why don't you ******* **** you piece of ****)

You would have already lost all your money had you been banking with Barclays, but credit to the scammer, they probably thought "where do all the idiots bank?"... Oh yeah... Barclays... and "what anti-virus do they use?"...Oh yeah... Norton... Macafee is too obvious, those people can't count past potato.
