the 1660 is a lot faster than the 1060 6GB, if it's the same price then go with that instead. if the 1660 super is a tiny bit more expensive, you should consider that too, because it's actually pretty close to the 1660 ti in performance.

 

also, think of the 1060 6GB like the "1060 ti", it has more cuda cores than the 3GB but you'd never guess by the name.

Two fans if you like silence.

I recommend MSI Gaming (silent and nice), but some may recommend other brands.

Personally I don't like Gigabyte.
