how much more expensive and what are your other parts

Tbh it really shouldn't be too much of a difference as long as they're both aftermarket and not blower style cards, get the cheaper one, money can possibly best be used for other parts

( or games, if you're gaming )

What is your total budget and location? For the most part paying more for a different GPU cooler design rarely yields better results worth the price increase. Unless you have the cash to burn I would just get one of the better but lower priced 2070S.

I found this article

personally, as long as you just want good bang for buck you're better off going with the suggested "best cheap option"
if you're planning on watercooling it changes the game entirely though

nah, im not planning watercooling.. yeah i saw i too, gigabyte windforce is the budget option, but what pisses is that it doesnt glow :D like the msi's xtrio...

I mean, at that point it's more of a personal decision on whether you want to spend a lot extra on making your pc look good, personally I would spend the extra money on better other parts ( if possible ) or games

My main complaint about the really expensive 2070 super models is at that point you might as well buy a cheap 2080 super

you'll need more of that budget for good ram with the 3600 so it might be better to avoid overpriced light shows IMO

marginally better performance if you like overclocking at a price/performance rate where you'd be better off spending elsewhere

3600 is a good sweet spot in terms of speed, just a matter of how crazy you want to go with timings in terms of rating, and whether you want to chase samsung b-die for overclocking headroom and super tight timings

$1400 is a decent budget actually, does this include a monitor and other peripherals, or do you have those items already?

In that case:

Still leaves the option for RGB fans and RAM if that is your thing.

I understand, in that case you're better off just buying a 3600 cl16 rated kit, setting up the xmp/docp profile in the bios and leaving the rest to optimized defaults. If you can't find a cl16 kit or it's too expensive higher delay kits are still perfectly fine. I know the price per GB really ramps up after cl17, especially with b-die kits.

so there are mine questions :D please forgive me for some stupid ones :D
are you sure with tomahawk? ive heard that they didnt support the 3rd gen ryzen, that u will need to update bios (i dont know a single shit about bios), is b450 enough?
why g.skill? is it better than hyperx ? or just cheaper?
the gpu.. 2 fans? is it that cheaper? (sorry i know the prices only in czk)
power supply is only 550W is it enough? :D
and tha case.. ehhh..
but thank you very much, just excuse me for that stupid comments, i just want to learn more about it...

All MSI MAX motherboards support 3rd Gen out of the box, so no concerns here. You won't get a single improvement with X570. The Tomahawk MAX has good VRM cooling as well.

G.skill is one of the better memory options as is Kingston, but I chose this kit based on the speed of 3600MHz and its current $/GB pricing this will vary based on your country. if you want RGB RAM these are also good options:

Just go for a 2x8GB kit of 3200MHz RAM or faster at the least.

the gpu.. 2 fans? is it that cheaper? (sorry i know the prices only in czk)

2 Fans is enough, the cooling support is good on the Gaming X, especially since you seem to no want to OC, if you spend more on your GPU you aren't going to see any return on your investment.

Refer to this list if you actually care for GPU cooling:

power supply is only 550W is it enough? :D

More than enough. The 'estimated' max draw on PCpartpicker is 400W which gets the number by calculating the max draw of each component, in the real word each component will NEVER simultaneously draw at its max. Spending more on a PSU is a complete waster of money, you could upgrade to a R9 3900x and a 2080 Ti and still be okay with a quality 550W PSU. I have an R7 3800x and a 1080 Ti with a ton of fans and SSD's + HDD's, I have never seen my system draw more than 400W MAX, even under very high workloads, I guarantee you will never draw more than 300W max.

Whatever you choose for a PSU make sure it is a quality unit. Cheaping out can be a costly mistake, a bad PSU can kill hardware. Refer to this list when choosing:

I recommend no less than Tier B, but Tier A and up is ideal.

and tha case.. ehhh..

The case is not the prettiest but it has a TG panel and a mesh front panel meaning your components actually get air unlike most closed front panel cases, so that is something to keep in mind. Cases with TG on front of the intake fans look nice but cut tons of airflow, if you are concerned about getting a 3-fan GPU over a 2-fan GPU you should be far more concerned about the limiting airflow of most modern cases. However the big brother of the P330a is the P400a, which is a lot nicer but still provides you with the airflow benefits.
