HELP Transfering Hard Drive to new pc

so my old pc died from viruses and what not but i still want to keep the hard drive and put it in my new pc but like i said it had viruses how do i safely put it in my new pc PS. i do not care about the data so yah

download that, burn it in a usb, run it, delete any partition, reformat to your liking.
