Recommendations for a 1200$-1500$ Custom PC Build

Im planning on building a PC at the beginning of April in the United States, with the purpose of gaming, music production and maybe exploring video editing. I have two 1080p 60hz displays but I am also thinking of adding a 1080p 144hz display.  My budget is anywhere from 1200$-1500$. If anyone could recommend a parts list that would be huge. If you need any more details just let me know.

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

You likely will need more RAM for music production and video editing. If you want to stretch the budget you could go for 2080 Super.

As a video editor and someone who leaves stuff open in he background 32gb of ram is super nice to have.

I'd also pick up a big 4-8tb X300 as they are some of the best drivers for the money
