Will this be bad for the motherboard

ATTENTION VERY NOOB IN TECH THATS WHY I POST HERE

 

Hello everyone, sorry for this post but I think only you guys can help me atm.. i got this motherboard a few hours ago from Amazon, brand new , i checked the back and boom.. will that be  a problem ? I'm pretty sure that thing its just there to help that thing to not fall off, i just want to make sure so i ask you guys because i'm pretty sure you know better thann me, Thanks !!!

looks normal to me, the solder is still intact so I can't think of a possible connection problem.

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad
