Opinions Needed for my first PC Build

I am going to do upgrade my PC in a week as my old potato pc is unable to handle latest software of adobe for my UI/ UX design work and games . Below are the list of the parts I am planning to buy for this build and any suggestions and recommandations are most welcome .

Can you suggest me which IPS monitor should I buy for this build under the budget of US $210

Here are the components which i am planning to use for this build -

Also i wanted to ask whether buying a triple fan edition of  Colorful IGame GTX 1660 Super Ultra 6GB GPU is worth the price and will it fit it in that coolerMaster MB 511 cabinet , If the zotac version go out of stock ?

I mean, this can always be an option. Evoke is not the best cooled 5700, still its available for under $300 and with the fix, it works pretty well.
