internet Desktop Internet disconnected on PC Boot.

Hey everyone. For the last few days, my internet has been disconnected on boot start from my desktop PC. It'll take a few minutes to reconnect, but this wasn't happening when I first put the computer together since a month ago. I haven't played with network settings or anything, its just automatically disconnected on boot and will take 1-2 minutes to reconnect. Anyone know the issue or way to solve it? 

 

I'm on a wired cat6 cable linked to my router, which is then linked to my main modem with wired cat 6.

Sounds like it may be automatically resetting the connection. Why, I don't know.

 

Is it strictly at startup or will it happen at random throughput the day?

Well that's not consistent with a hardware problem.

 

Have you tried re-installing the network driver?

Tried that. Still not working

Found the issue. Expressvpn is somehow blocking my ethernet connection on startup. I've found that if i disable automatic vpn join on startup, my ethernet is fine. Im talking with expressvpn for a fix now.
