if the secound os is useless cant you just format it and remove it?

Also what do you mean by "Dangerous files"?

If you mean installing linux on one another with windows, if you do it correctly they should'nt affect eachother

When you say that the secondary OS is useless, do you mean that you want to test malware in that OS? If they are both they same OS (Windows and Windows for example) then yes it could infect the other OS as well.

If you want to test malware then you should consider using an isolated virtual machine with sharing and network access disabled.

Workstation:

Intel Core i7 6700K | AMD Radeon R9 390X | 16 GB RAM

Mobile Workstation:

MacBook Pro 15" (2017) | Intel Core i7 7820HQ | AMD Radeon Pro 560 | 16 GB RAM

Short answer: Yes

Long answer: If both OS are on the same drive, yes. If each in different drives, possibly. Because RAM is accessed by any file on the computer. Even by a file in a USB stick.

In theory everything is possible, but do not be so paranoid. If you want to test some software that is not so popular, just do it. If you want to test viruses - use separate drive with other drivers unplugged.

Yes i try some crack games. On 2nd os which sometimes contain adware etc. I also encrypted the 1st os with bitlocker

So virus cant affect it

If the 1st OS is encrypted with BitLocker then you should be fine.

No it shouldn't need to be unless you are going to access potential malware or infected files from the 1st OS, in which case encrypting the second one might prevent that.
