I am building a Lego PC case, Just asking if there's any risk of Fire and/or melting

Not really, maybe if you let heatsinks have direct contact with the Lego. But even then you're probably fine.

There will be if you short something that might cause some shock bursts. But otherwise, temp-wise you should be fine.

Oh, and structural rigidity is a problem for sure.

I dont use tradizionale legos, i mean Lego technic

Yes, photos taken during the building process and when it's done would indeed be nice. I'm interested in seeing how this turns out...

Legos can be quite strong.  I would not worry about that.

 

If you parts exceed 80'C I'd keep them away from direct contact with the Lego Bricks.

Ppl build cases from the wood before and never heard they catch on fire so you should be good as well. Just do what other ppl suggested, don’t allow components, specially the ones which getting hot, to directly touch lego and you fine.

Fun fact, wood generally needs to be above 450ºF to spontaneously combust, far below what PC components will reach!
