Display Signal Lost on 5700xt?

Hi, 

 

i tried many drivers and everytime i use DDU and still having random display loss. its getting frustrated, who is having this issue? and did you manage to solve it. I love AMD but hate their drivers.

Ahh you'll have to RMA... all ASUS branded RX5700 XT have very serious design flaws... it's a failed product. The ROG Strix had several vBios and Firmware updates and they still couldn't get around the issues. The cooler is also too heavy for the mounting causing it to get loosen enough to severely affect temperatures.

 

You'll need to go very savvy mode to fix this card issues so likely better just use your warranty.

Don't use AMDs latest drivers. I'm still using 19.12.1 with no real issues now but was having random loss of signals like you. I changed my power mode from balanced to high performance and this fixed my issues.
