rx 580 4gb vs 1060 6gb

My old gpu died so I went out looking for new one I found the cheapest new gpu on Amazon is rx580 /570 for 155 USD  but a friend of mine is selling msi 1060 6 gb for 120 USD which one should I go with?

CPU: Fx 8350 | CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo Now  AMD STOCK CPU COOLER | Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 (rev 1.1)   NOW MSI 990FXA-GD80 | Ram: Corsair Vengence 8GB DDR3 Motherboard detects 7gb for some weird reason | Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB GDDR5 |  HDD: 1 TB samsung 

 

Case: CM elite 310 | Monitor: Aoc e2050S

 

 

OS: Windows 8 Professional 64 Bit NOW  Wndows 10 Professional 64 Bit

580 is slightly better than 1060, if that would be me I would invest this $35 more and buy brand new 580

The 4gb variant? As that one is 35$ more and 8gb variant of 580 cost around 200 USD

no, used mining cards. just make sure the model can be flashed to 580 bios. not all models can be flashed.

I can't find one with flashed bios

i mean find a rx 480 and then flash it with 580 bios.

but not all models can be flashed so make sure your model can be flashed.

All depends from resolution you playing tbh, at 1080p 4gb will be enough
