HTC one 4.4 cyanogen mod update

I haven't been able to install any of the cyanogen mod 11 update snapshots to my HTC one. Everytime I start installing it the instal gets aborted 1/5 of the way into it. Originally I thought it was because mine was an at&t one but they released an at&t specific snapshot that doesn't work either. Is there something 'm doing wrong or is it just not going to happen?

My System Specs: (Short list) i7 4770k, GTX 780, many SSD's, a 2 TB HDD(deceased :( ), Corsair 650D. Full list: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/kchriz6097/saved/8dh7YJ

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

try installing the latest twrp that's most likely your issue.

If you are already rooted download recovery tools to do this easily

It is true, I did give him the option to say that: "or is it not going to happen?

I believe that CM11 will not flash on CWM version that's lower then 6.0.4.4 or something like that and TWRP lower then 2.6.3.0.
