Seems like a great build. You don't need thermal paste, the CPU's included cooler comes with pre-applied paste.

If you're gaming on it, you could step down to a 2600 with very little difference in performance, and then could even switch to a 1600 "AF" model which is basically a 2600 with a different name. (GamersNexus has a good video about this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRO_AUdmfis).

The 1600 is usually a cheaper CPU, so that could save some money.

However, you should ensure that you’re getting the updated version, with a SKU ending in “AF” instead of “AE”

You could save some money from there and put it towards dual-channel 16GB memory, which will improve performance a lot.

Extra cores on the 2700X dont really help with games, cut cost there for better RAM (single channel will make it terrible, and you can only run single channel with 1 stick), SSD and memory kit

The B450 Aorus Pro is not a bad board below 70 pounds, at nearly 100 it's awful

CS900 is not that good of an SSD and 240GB isnt that much, spent extra there

The case you picked has no ventilation from the front, so it got swapped out

The fans are awful in terms of air they can push for the volume they produce, but they are cheap and give some bling to the build so I add one into it so you can fill the case up.

you will just have to put an ethernet cable from your router to your computer.

That's also faster than if you're using a wifi card.

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.

My brother said there is weird thing to put through the plug socket that acts as a ethernet but im not sure if it works or what it is. A ethernet port would have to be huge and tiny if i was to use one as in long and thin because im upstairs and the wifi is downstairs

Eh, most components nowadays don't take too much power.

Check my signature's "you don't need a big PSU" link. It has somewhat old hardware, but it's a GN video showing how even high-end systems only use ~300W under load.

Like I said last time you posted this list:

You don't need thermal paste

Drop the 2700X to a 2600 or 1600 "AF" SKU and get 16GB of dual-channel memory.
