I'd assume that as long as it's not a ESO key or something that's meant to be under NDA, then it should be fine

There are to be no sales of digital goods such as in game credits.

 

 

Codes count as Digital goods because the games themselves are digital and that's what you are basically buying.

If he sells you can easily refund the product. 

Since the gamecode isn't a product in and of itself and is rather a "key" to get the product you can't exactly get a return on the money.

Since this is classifieds here things might be different.
