If i buy windows 10 dvd would i be able to install windows from usb and only use the activation code from the dvd?

I can get windows 10 dvd about 30€ cheaper than just code or usb stick so would i be able to just use the key from the dvd?

Yes you just need a USB drive if you can't use the dvd itself. During the installation it will ask you for a key and you can use the one from the dvd.

you can dowload win 10 for free in ms website and using your code buye, win 10 pro for 4 euros in some stores

I would think so.  I don't know of keys that care at all about what install media you use.  I presume the products you are comparing are retail keys anyway, so you don't have OEM limitations anyway.  Could even make your own USB and install with that instead thanks to windows media creation tool and have it be the most up to date Windows 10 (the dvd will be out of date most likely).  The  key is really the important bit.

The only thing i was worried about if microsoft was fucking with people and having the keys binded with the disc.

I don't think they have ever done that. Also, I don't remember seeing DVD versions of the Win10 installer being sold. Only USBs.

I also don't think Windows 10 was ever released on DVDs. The only physical option were flash drives and I don't think they are sold anywhere anymore. You WILL have to download the ISO file and go from there.
