Build For My Friend

My Friend Wants to join the PCMR (wooo). She has a really quite crappy pc currently, that can barely run Minecraft. My Friend, and I built up a list for our friend as an options for her PC build. She wants to get into other games such as GTA 5, CSGO (can run on a toaster), Rainbow Six Siege, and Escape from Tarkv. Her Budget is around 500-600 Dollars. We would like your guy's opinion on this build, and what we should alter. Thanks in advanced.

Made some slight changes for faster ram, bigger ssd, better case and psu. I recommend a second hand 1070, which can be found for about $200

I would Love to get a used 1070, but my friend is doing all the buying. She has no idea whether something is a good deal, and would like to set her up with new stuff. That will last her longer than used stuff. But it is a hypothetical thing.

I'm sure you could guide her in the right direction, plus eBay has buyer protection.

It won't necessarily last her longer than used stuff; I've always bought systems used, never had an issue.
