Case LED not turning on and usb ports not working, but fans and mother board light turning on

Specs:

Ryzen 5 2400g (to be, accidently ordered 2600) 

Corsair CMK8GX4M2A2666C16 Vengeance LPX 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4 2666 MHz

B450 tomohawk

MATREXX 50

Will I have to wait for the new cpu to come before I am able to Check weather case is faulty? 

Also the case power button works but does not turn the fans and leds off unless I hold it down

You didn't list a graphics card?

If you're using a 2600 without a graphics card then it's not going to work. The 2600 does not have integrated graphics like the 2400G do you cannot get a display signal.

As I mentioned, I have accidently ordered the 2600 and the CPU with integrated graphics will come on Tuesday. Will this affect the LED and the usbs on the case?
