Windows 10 oem key

Im gonna build a pc for a friend but I don't know what site is safe to buy a code from for windows 10. I read a lot of mixed reviews about scdkey but when I checked their website, I found out that they don't sell windows 10 keys anymore. I don't want to get scammed or have a key that doesn't work. So do you guys have any good websites for me where I can safely buy a key from?

If you want 100% fool proof buy the key directly from Microsoft. If you want to save a little money maybe check Amazon or Newegg as I know Newegg used to sell OEM keys in the past for a little cheaper than the retail keys.
