Are you looking for a pre-built system, or are you planning on building one yourself? (Which I highly suggest.)
What will you be doing with the PC? Gaming? Work? etc.

In US i assume ? RX570 based build should be possible if you don't need a display and peripherals.

The second gen Ryzen cpus are on sale currently so you can pick one of those up along with a board and everything for under $500.

i suggested, if you want specifics then the wd blue caviar 1tb 7200rpm

bottom of the barrel mobo's are not good, not good at all and for a few dollars (~$25 which is fuck all) more you get a world of difference in mobo

case you can get anywhere for cheap.

+25 USD for a board, +40 USD for a HDD.

That makes my build of over the budget even more of the budget, but sure.

'case you can get anywhere for cheap'

that's still not a specific suggestion, but alright.

-16 USD for a HDD.

ftfy He did say "lay off the ssd" in favor of an hdd, which I do agree with, as in my opinion its better to have the extra room on such tight budget builds

Are you seriously saying not to get an SSD, go full spinning metal? o.O

A HDD is easier to add later and 500GB (in the build quoted) will suffice for at least some games (or many games) depending on what you play.

It's easier to scrape 40 USD together later on to place a hard drive into the build at a later time.

So if you (and @amdorintel) are saying to ditch the SSD in favor of getting only a HDD, I have to say I fully disagree with you two on that part.
