Phanteks P350X and Phanteks Halo frames

Help guys

 

I have a Phanteks P350X

I don't have motherboard to connect any RGB. It's a Asus M5a97 EVO R.2.

Which Phanteks Halo frame should i buy to connect directly to my case without needing any adapter or controler? Can't use the adressable buttons from this case to this Halo frame?

There is, if fact, a 3-pin connector come from the front I/O. Can i connect the PH-FF1X0RGBP to this cable?

Is there anyone with the same "issue"?

No, that cable is meant to go into a motherboard,or a separate RGB controller. 

 

To get this to work, you will NEED an ARGB (also known as digital or adressible RGB) controller. There's no way around it.

The controller hub comes with a 3 button remote which will allow you to controll the lighting. There is no seperate software version you can currently use to control this via your motherboard since Phanteks does not offer a USB2.- adapter for older motherboards that dont have RGB or ARGB headers on them. 

 

Since you now know you need a digital RGB controller, you will need to get the Digital halo frames, not the regular RGB ones (they will NOT be compatible.The voltage and pin layout are different)
