Why is there not an area for selling things?

So I was wondering why there should not be a dedicated area for just posting things, like it could be just for pc/accessories stuff. This is the perfect audience, avid pc builders/enthusiasts, I feel like this is perfect space for it. I know that it's not allowed right now to list things, but that can be changed right?
