GPU utilization at 70~80% while gaming

Hello.

 

Recently I upgraded my 1060 6g to 2070 super. The GPU utilization stuck at 70~80% while I was playing Forza Horizon 4.

 

Is my Cpu bottlenecking the GPU?

 

Monitor resolution : 1440P 144Hz

Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600 3.8GHz

Motherboard : Asus strix B350F

Intel I7-10700KF stock - Noctua NH-D15 - A15+A12x25 

Micron Ballistix Sport LT 4133MHz CL17-21-21-40 @1.45v

GIGABYTE AORUS 3090 Xtreme 1905MHz@0.919v/2010MHz@1.063v +900/750 memory clock

FS in Denmark/EU:

Asus Dual GTX 1060 3GB. Used maximum 4 months total. Looks like new. Card never opened. Give me a price.

How's the framerate, is your cpu at or near 100%? Maybe you have reached equlibrium.

100~120 fps most of the time.

around 80% on one of the thread.

Try increasing teh resolution using DSR, might increase your GPU usage since the game engine might eb capped at the framerate you're getting.
