Will those fit and help???

I have the meze 99 neo and i love them a lot. However the earpads are too plushy and my ear ends up touching the metal inside. This causes pain after some time. I want to change the earpads to hopefully solv my problem. I dont know which will fit tho and which will do a better job.

Maybe, but that would be hard to know for sure. There are a number of companies that make 3rd party replacement pads (make sure you find something quality). You are probably better going with something that is specifically compatible with your set. You wouldn't want to fight them constantly falling off.
