What is your current CPU and monitor resolution/refresh rate?

If you're only gaming at 1080p 60hz a used RX 480/580 8GB will be fine at $80-120

Otherwise maybe a used 980ti/1070ti if the price is low enough.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I think a 580 is probably your best bet for value.

At the end of the day, it depends what your going to be playing. Overwatch? I've seen plenty of benchmarks with budget cpus like the 2600x crack a solid 100fps on ultra settings. Siege? You'll get your desired 75hz. As long as your looking to stay at 1080p and not playing the most demanding of titles at max settings, the 580 will be a great card for you and certainly be worth the money.

Also for a more accurate perspective look up 580 benchmarks on Youtube. Better yet, see if any include your CPU specifically for a more reliable expectation.

Older AAA games should do high settings no problem, newer ones will be more at medium settings. like RDR2, to hit 60-75fps that is.

if you HAVE to keep it under 200 then the rx 590, but the 1660 super for 220usd is the best bang for buck by far.
