The GTX 1050 Ti is garbage, you should look for a RX 570 if you're on a tight budget.

Can I use RX 570 with i5 9400F and gigabyte B360M motherboard?

You can basically use any GPU with that setup.
RX570 will give you better performance than 1050ti for a similar price but depending on where you live prices can vary.
You could look at the used market.
I bought a RX580 with 1y warranty left for 100eur for my kids PC.

CPU: i9 9900K   Cooler: NH-D15   RAM: Kingston Fury 4 x 8GB 3600MHz CL17   Mobo: ASUS ROG Strix Z390-F   GPU: ASUS 3080 TUF   Case: In Win D-Frame   PSU: Corsair HX850i   Storage: 250GB Samsung 970 EVO NVMe (OS), 500GB Samsung 970 EVO NVMe (Games), 2TB Crucial BX500 SSD (Storage)   Monitor: Samsung Odyssey Neo G9.

Well here in India rx570 costs 18 euros more than 1050ti but that's not big difference so I might go for RX570

Most brands have good build quality so it doesn't really matter if it is MSI / ASUS / Gigabyte / Sapphire / Powercolor.

I understand that you would want a good looking case but a better GPU should have a higher priority.

Yes sir, the priority is obviously for GPU but I was confused about MSI/ asus/ gigabyte and galax. Now I see gigabyte RX 570 on amazon so I will choose that :)

One more doubt,

what if I had to choose between 1060 and RX 570??

One of my friend had suggested not to go with 1060 but I am not sure

The GTX1060 comes with 3gb and 6gb memory.

The 1060 is slightly better then a RX570 so if you can get that for a similar price then that is also an option.

Depending on what games you play the 3gb version of 1060 can struggle a little bit.

Well I would go for 6gb one but I was just watching some videos on YouTube and I see RX570 still wins over 1060 6gb which was confusing for me..

They are very similar in performance with 1060 edging ahead in some titles and RX570 in a few others.

Both are good GPUs for that price range so choose the card that you can get for the best price imo.
