New 9600k build

Looking to upgrade from my hp notebook to an actual gaming pc,
Help me out with some build configurations since i am pretty bad at finding items in price range
1000$ budget,
1) Must have ssd

2)overclock supporting motherboard

3) I am looking to working with Unity, Unreal and android studio, they are big ram hogs so preferably 16gb ram

4) Rtx support since after all its for gaming

Why 9600k? Why not Ryzen?

All AMD CPUs support overclocking, so you better of wit that instead. You can use the saved money for extra RAM or SSD storage or a better GPU.

I didn't add RTX because support for it is still coming into its own. You're better off waiting for the RTX 3000 series if you crave ray tracing. However, AMD is due to add ray tracing support via software and it'll probably still be just as good, because AMD graphics cards are already natively good at the type of operations required for real time ray tracing.

Looks like a solid budget, but honestly I wouldn't invest in RTX right now. There aren't a ton of games that support it, and it's not that great on current hardware; especially with great improvements being rumored with their next line of cards coming out in the summer. I'd just get an AMD card, for significantly less, and then upgrade when the new ones are released if you really want to try and use it.

Some people take vacations to the United States and also buy PC parts while they're here.

An entire PC would cost so much to ship back, on top if import duties, that it likely wouldn't be worth it.
