Looking For Case Suggestions

Hi LTT friends! I've been saving up buy a new gaming-pc but I haven't been observing the case market lately so I'm a bit unsure of which case would be right for me. Here's a list of things that i need/value:
 

• Silence!
• 2 HDD slots
• 2 SSD slots
• Price (The Lower the better)
• Allow for ATX Card

I personally like the Phanteks P400A as a case. Good airflow, simple design, and can be picked up with or without rgb.
