Can't Remember Game Name, Help?

I remember watching a video on YT YEARS ago, and I can never find it again. I think this is a PC game. Could be console, IDK...

 

This was a pick a choice, and the story goes on in different ways. If there is a word for that.

 

Think is was named something with "Parking" in the name.

 

The plot, from what I remember:

 

A guy was starting his shift at a parking garage. Like valet parking. So he goes to park a car. Suddenly, this one guy holds a gun up to him, and request that he drives him.  So, they come to a pent house, probably a gang house. There are like 5 other people in the house. They make him go to an auction with this one girl. And make highest bid on a rare Chinese Cup. (no matter what) So they go to auction, he gets out bidded. But before that they said they were going to steal it anyway. So they go into the vault where the cup is kept. So crap happened, and they escape and drive off. But during the drive, they hit a railing off a bridge or something, so all of them die except the main character and the girl. They have to go deliver this cup to some guy. So they go to his restraunt, and tries to sell the cup, and he says it was fake. So they get into a fight, and he just leaves.

 

I do not remember what happens after that, but..

 

Toward the end, some bad Chinese/Korean/Japenese guys capture them and demand the cup. Being they didn't have it on them, they kept the girl, but let the main character go out and find it withing a certain time (think it was 24 hours, iirc)

 

So, after he found it and went back to the hotel, gave them the cup, and they gave him the key to the room where the girl was kept. He opens that door and he found the girl stabbed in the stomach. He begins to cry, and then the police came in and arrested him. And the game ends.

 

Anyone? I've been searching for this for ages and came up with nada.

How many years ago did you watch this video? And is this an American game or a game from Japan or some other foreign country?

Describe this cup as best you can. Could it be a keg? A shot glass? A paper cup? Etc, etc.

Describe this main character and girl the best you can. Preferably their age and appearance. Hair style, hair color, etc, etc.

By ages, how long exactly? Guesstimate a year in which it could not possibly be released before and do the same with a year that it could not be released after.

 

Example: "The game has to have been released between 1991 and 2004. I know this because I saw this video back around 2005 or 2006 and it couldn't have been in the 80's because I did see that the little girl had on a Rugrats backpack in one of the cut scenes."

Boy, main character must be in his early 20s. Skinny kid. The girl was at least 30, looks like an Asian.

No, it's 3D, like the characters you see on SIMS, but much more sophisticated.

I can't find a video clip, but there's a comedian by the name of Stephen White, who says he went into Blockbuster to rent a movie but couldn't remember the name of it. It's that black and white movie, it's on color film. It stars Nicolas Cage and Haley Mills, and the country loses the war because they accidentally made the submarines out of styrofoam and they won't go under the water.

Then he starts to realize this wasn't a movie he saw, it was a dream he had.

Then the guy says "That's not a movie you saw, that's a dream you had."

"How did you know that?"

"Because you were in here last week asking for the same thing."

"Alright, well let me know when you get it in."

Well, you don't have dial-up now, so this still puts the games release between 1970 and 2016.

 

Describe the cup as best you can. Is it gold? Is it old? Is it new? Is it green?

1970? Yoiutube wasn't made back then. And 3D or "realistic", or look like normal people, art wasn't invented yet... Game must have been in the 2000s.

 

It's a chinese cup, you know what it looks like, sheesh... To be on auction for +1 million dollars (does Dr Evil impression) you bet it was old... I think it was bluish, iirc...

 

No, you don't collect items. It's just in 3rd person, your player moves on its own, you just choose what he says, does, etc.

I have no clue what a Chinese cup looks like. This is the first thing that came up searching for a blue Chinese cup. Is this what it looks like?

Try computer generated people in 1995. That's around the time of N64. Remember Mario64? He was pixilated to death. This video shows REAL looking people.

I've found games people want to find like this almost every time. Usually takes me a few hours. The trick is to get all information you know about the game. Because you see, I have no clue what the game actually looks like. If you could describe what this game looks like using one other game, what would that other game be? This way I can narrow down and exclude games that look nothing like the game you show me.

 

Example. If I were to describe what the original Resident Evil looks like...

 

I would say, Dino Crisis...

 

This... "it's 3D, like the characters you see on SIMS, but much more sophisticated." just doesn't help much. Numerous video game characters look like the Sims.

I said LIKE, that does slim games down quite a bit. It's a description, not like an indie game...

Thinking it looks like The Sims puts these characters in a house with no dialogue choices. Try a different game that it looks like. If you can come up with that, it will narrow it down big time.

Looks like The Sims 3 or 4. Thanks for clearing that up. That makes the games release date leaning more towards 2005-2012 now.

I just asked questions because you see, any type of memory of this game is in your head, not mine. Seems pretty natural to ask you questions that might remind you of more details that we simply have no clue exist. Like the cup being blue. Had I not asked you that, I'd have no clue it's blue. Nor would I have an idea that it is old and Chinese.

 

I'm working on finding this game. Now that I know what the characters might look like, I can rule out ALL cartoon looking characters.
