DRAM Timing Calculator not working

I recently upgraded from an i5 6600k with Z170 motherboard to a R7 3800x, with asus x570-F, along with this upgrade I bought new trident z neo 3600mhz with advertised 16-19-19-39 timing to replace my old hyper-x 2133 kit.

However my ram is not running at 3600 its currently running at 2133, when i go to change this in the bios to 3600 it will not post with all auto on the timings let alone with any of the profiles DRAM Calculator generates.

Some help would be greatly appreciated

Well it's on the QVL so should be ok.

Have you tried with just 1 stick in the A2* slot to see if it can run 3600 in single channel?
