Are these fans PMW?

You mean PWM?

Also, the included fans are not PWM. It says "The four fans have a 3pin power" on the product page.

Noob question - the case I plan on buying (fractal design meshify c) has 3 pin fans

(according to their website it comes with the Dynamic X2 GP-12  not the Dynamic X2 GP-12 PWM )

Does that mean there is no way to control the case fan speed and it always runs at 100%?

Or is there a way to control case fan speed, and if so, how?

3-pin (and even old 2-pin) fans are controlled through adjusting the power going to them (such as through a 3-speed switch that changes the voltage applied to the motor in crude steps of like 6V, 9V & 12V), whilst a 4-pin fan has a signal that tells the motor roughly what speed (as a percentage of max speed) it should be turning at instead.

Does this really mean, the aren't PWM cause I once read that you can use an 4pin to 3pin adapter.

And I think I missunderstood the meaning of PWM, because it's only for 4pin connectors. So the real question is, if I will be able to control the fans via DC control (Voltage Control Mode)?

I have a Fractal Design Meshify C. 3 pin fans can be controlled with voltage as stated above.
