It's not gonna be a playable experience, unless you are a fan of PS2-era graphics and tweaking .ini files.

https://www.pcgameshardware.de/Need-for-Speed-Most-Wanted-2-Spiel-24724/Tests/Need-for-Speed-Most-Wanted-2-Benchmark-Test-1033418/

As you can see above, the game does not play well on even a GTX 260 and your HD2500 will be below that even.

Perhaps if you can upgrade to a better GPU, you will get a better experience.

A long long time ago i tested this game with the following specs:

i3 2100

6GB 1333MHz RAM

HD 6750 1GB GDDR5

Ran flawlessly,as long as you have an OK graphics card you will be fine,

The 750 Ti will be a great match.

You need a dedicated GPU to get any decent framerate out of that game. Try to see if you can strike a bargain on the secondhand market.

It will be less than 10 FPS.Unless you attach an OK GPU to it.

You won't reach 23fps, even at the lowest settings:

I have an old Ivy-bridge i5 system laying around,I can test the iGPU performance in that game if you want, although it has a better iGPU there.

Used Xbox 360 Console: $15.00 to $45.00

Need For Speed Most Wanted: $4.00 to $5.00

FPS: Locked at 30 with moderate dips to 24

Resolution: A hair under 720p(1280x704)

Tip to easily get all this for $20.00: Step foot into a few pawn shops.

I just tested the iGPU of an Ivy-Bridge i5 with Most Wanted 2012,

It's 18 FPS average at 720p,drops to 13 FPS when doing donuts in the mud.

Note that my Ivy-Bridge i5 has a better iGPU than yours.

Just buy a graphics card...

If you have an extremely tight budget like it seems to me,then i had recommend buying the HD 5770 1GB GDDR5,or the HD 5750 1GB GDDR5 for $20 (DO NOT BUY THE DDR3 VARIANTS!!!!).

You can play Battlefield 3 High settings 1080p 45-50 FPS.and Most Wanted 2012 at 1080p 60 FPS with those cards.
