What is the best GPU I can get for £50 ?

Second hand? Nowadays an R9 270(x), or GTX 750 Ti should be attainable. New you could probably only get a GT 730 for that price.

Second hand it's difficult to give recommendations, as it depends on your local market.

The 650 Ti will be quite a bit more powerful, but still a card that is 1080p Medium performance.

You can get a 7950/7970 for under £50 if you shop around.

 

That said, you can also get second hand RX570's for around £70-80.
