Dexcom G6 Not Compatible with Smartphone?

RAM555789

So I looked on the Dexcom website and I'm pretty sure my phone is suppose to be compatible with my device. Under there J3 modles they have listed J3 (Models SM-J327, SM-J330 and SM-J337)

and my phones a Samsung's Galaxy J3 Luna Pro (TracFone) SM-J327VL

https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/-galaxy-j3-luna-pro/specs/SM-J327VL/

Are these different phones from each other or is Dexcom incorrect about their compatibility? When I went onto the google play store through my PC it said that it was not compatible with my device. Could it be an error with the play store even and the app is actually compatible? If anyone has any input or knows a way I could download it if it is actually compatible that would be great. (otherwise I'll have to carry my receiver + my phone)

Guessing it's because your phone's model is SM-J327VL and Dexcom only supports Models SM-J327, SM-J330 and SM-J337 because RAISINS. You may have to risk downloading the APK from an unknown source, or reach out to Dexcom directly to ask why they're too incompetent to properly support running the app on devices they don't officially support.
