Just wondering how do you properly use an SSD, I will be using one for the first time and want to know what how to use it in a way that it will last for a long time, should I put all my programs on the SSD or should I put my most used on the SSD and least used on HHD. Is it true that when you keep adding new programs/files on SSD that it wares down over time. Also since I have windows 10 on the SSD does the cache and appdata store on the SSD or could it be moved to the HHD so it wont always be writing to the SSD. I know I should keep at least 10% of the SSD empty and I have a 1TB SSD. (Hope I don't sound confusing).

SSDs can withstand a lot of throughput and I don't think degredation has ever affected anybody. I would say avoid constantly overwriting data but really, I don't think it will make much of a difference

move pagefile, download folders and everything else to a secondary drive preferably a HDD.

 

SSDs aren't hard to keep them healthy, write as little as you can with it and always leave a portion of it free.

Most SSDs have enough extra flash and good enough controllers to ensure they will last several years without an issue, usually they are rated well over 100TB of write before you have to worry about the drive failing.  You can put whatever you want on the SSD but just remember stuff like your OS and games will load significantly faster (usually) on an SSD.  I recommend putting your OS, most used programs, and most played games on the SSD and just put the games you want to install but don't play often on a HDD.

Yes, but unless you are doing very intense workloads of writing, deleting and then writing again over the disc, then its not something to worry about. 

 

The endurance on drives os so good you dont have to worry about it.

Any small program that is accessed quite often should be on the SSD. Games you use often should be on the SSD. Files and games you use less often you can keep on the HDD. 

 

Tho thats more wise use of space than to have long endurance on the drive, as the drive will last longer than how long you would want to keep it.

So I should also move My Desktop, My Music, My pictures and so on to HHD

SSD's are just like HDD's, use them as you would a HDD.

 

There is no special care to be taken.

 

For the regular person/gamer/office worker = None.

I think you meant downloads right? internet history is not exactly something you have to worry about.
