Can you guys look at my cable positions?

Not sure where to post this, There's no category for it so I'll post it here instead.

I have a non-modular power supply (VS450) and as you guys know a non modular supply is kinda messy and hard to manage. There is sooo many extra wires included in the psu, Disadvantage of a non modular one i guess? So what I did is stuffed up all the extra cables into the hdd bay. I hate when cables dangles in the case. My question is? Is this acceptable? I'm afraid that someday the cables will burn because of the heat that HDD produces. As i stuffed them up randomly in the bay

I took some pictures of it for you guys to see it. Is this okay? Or should i just let them dangle?

as long as they are not touching the fan, there is not much you can do.

They aren't i checked it. Is this okay for the cables? I mean they will not be affected by the heat that the hdd produce?

It's fine. The HDD doesn't produce enough heat to affect them in any noticeable way.

The jacket on those cables are often rated for about 90°C. If you HDD ever got that hot I'd say you have more to worry about.

That's pretty much how everyone cable managed in cases like that.

You can always try to bundle the excess up with twist or zip ties and then just tuck them away as you did.

there a few more tricks yopu can do. for the front end cables power rest led so on you can send then under the mb then out the bottom to plug in. ya using zip ties to make the cable tight would be the best you can do.
