I watch  their YouTube video, they always build $3000 to 6000k gaming pc. Not seldom but every week.

So envy them.

Every youtuber you just listed has a massive warehouse full of components (mostly sent to them), they literally just pull things off shelves like you would in a company like Puget Systems would while building systems.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

I am asking a question

Is the question why do they do it, or why can they do it? they do it because it's fun to build crazy powerful computers, they can do it because they have a large viewer following and they can buy expensive parts.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Pretty much.

They get given a lot of hardware. the amount of exposure a company/product will get on a youtube channel like the ones you mentioned vastly out weight the cost of said product to the company that provided it.

They also reuse a lot of the same hardware, they make a video about a build, one the video is done they tear it down and put it all back on the shelves to be used again in a later video.

How old are you? Not to demean but this is a bit basic; channels that reach popularity becomes good publicity, you make a business around royalties and advertises.

That is not just a fun time wasting money on sick rigs, it's a genuine business where doing said things has to generate profit in the form of more popularity and thus more royalties and advertises so it goes~

For the hardware makers this is a straightforward exchange. Get marketing for the cost of a single unit of product.

These channels produce good quality content, and they have an audience that shows up just to watch their reviews.

Building up your own marketing and convincing people to watch your ads is an expensive undertaking, and one that these companies are eager to just outsource.

They don't always do highest end builds. But those are the ones that get most views. People like to see things they can't or don't want to do themselves.

Linus, for example, just recently did video with 3 different price points. Jay doesn't really do full builds on his channel (other than water cooled ones). Austin Evans has been one of the major ones to do a lot of more budget oriented builds.
