weird tabbing out problem

okay so ever since I got my second monitor there was a problem in Fortnite where if I moved my camera too far to the right it'd do one of 3 things gun wouldn't stop shooting can ads or I couldn't scroll through my inventory with the scroll wheel and I know it sounds like a mouse problem but it isn't I have replaced it do to other reasons I have tried full screen borderless and I got a tool called dual monitor tools the temporary fix is to press the windows key and left click and sometimes it doesn't even work.
